From Bristol / South Wales / South West / Birmingham / The North Come off M5 at junction 11. Take easterly exit, signposted A40 / Cheltenham. Get in right lane of dual carriageway as you need to take the last exit at next roundabout (known as the Golden Valley roundabout). This will take you towards a large B&Q store. Take the first exit at the next roundabout in front of B&Q. The entrance to the Manor by the Lake is 250m on the left.
From London / Oxford Follow A40 through Cheltenham following signs to Gloucester. When you get to West side of Cheltenham you come onto a dual carriageway with the GCHQ building on your right, known locally as the "doughnut". You will come to a roundabout with a Travel Lodge on the left. Take the first exit. This will take you towards a large B&Q store. Take the first exit at the next roundabout in front of B&Q. The entrance to the Manor by the Lake is 250m on the left.
At Manor by the Lake, at the end of the drive bare right and go between the trees. At the T juction turn left. Follow the road to the bottom and then round to the right, through the trees. The visitor's car park is then on your right. After parking walk back up the road to the Manor House. There is a door entry system. Select Alexander Haines from the list and press the bell, someone will come and let you in.
